What is Basecloud Managed Infrastructure?
It is Basecloud’s monthly enterprise service plan. We scope and run hosting, business cloud, websites, domains, and email – including custom mail, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365 – as one consolidated package.
Is this the same as the Fully Managed VPS plans?
No. Fully Managed VPS is the self-serve hosting plan if you only need a managed server. Basecloud Managed Infrastructure is a more comprehensive monthly service which can include those servers (depending on scope) plus domains, site work, custom infrastructure, and mail.
Do you only work with large enterprises?
No. Packages are custom-built for businesses of any size. We serve small businesses too.
Can you migrate Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Yes. We can setup new custom mailboxes or handle Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 setup and migration as part of the monthly service.
How is Basecloud Managed Infrastructure priced?
It is a monthly managed service plan. The rate depends on the sites, infrastructure, and systems you need us to run. Contact sales and we will build a monthly package for your organization.
Do you offer plans compliant with SOC 2, HIPAA, FISMA, PCI DSS, etc?
Yes, when the business requires it. We have implemented these controls and managed procurement for clients who need them. They are not part of every package. Contact sales with the compliance framework you need and we will scope it into the monthly service.
